The Free Audit

When you run the audit we read public pages of the site you typed. We keep the score for that site for 6 hours so a refresh does not read it again. We do not keep who asked. A counter tied to your connection limits audits to 10 a day and clears itself after a day.

Plan Orders

When you request or buy a plan we keep your name, email, phone if you give it, website, field and note so we can match an expert and reach you. Card numbers go straight to Authorize.net and never reach us. We keep the order number and the processor's transaction number.

What We Collect From Experts

When you register as an expert we keep your headshot, certifications, education, websites, social profiles, topics you rule out and your standards, plus what you type in the form: your name, email, field, credentials, years in the field, link, phone if you give it and your short bio. We also note the city and region your request came from so we can spot spam.

How We Use It

We use it to check who you are, build your author page and match you to posts in your field. We email you about your profile. We only text you if you checked the text box. Reply STOP to any text to stop.

What Goes Public

Your author page shows your name, headshot, credentials, education, standards, links and the posts with your name, built from what you send and your public record. Ask for a change or removal any time. Your email and phone are never shown.

Sharing

We never sell your details. We do not share them with anyone outside the team that runs EEAT Authors and our partner sites.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits. It sets first party cookies, shows no ads and does not tell us your name.

Removing Your Data

Ask any time through the form with the words remove me, and we delete your record and take your author page down.

Who We Are
